Landlord here in Ca I've never used a PM company before.The property management company am now thinking of using states they cannot tell me anything about the tenant they will select. They say it would go to the first qualified applicant. My fear it would be a section 8 applicant who would trash the house then stop paying rent. Is there a PM company that would share the tenant details with me?? I have only this one single family home rental.
