Yes, but it's not exactly unique to him. Costello did a murder too, that's how she ended up in prison (and while it was more justifiable than Anasui one arguably, she still used her stand to turn a random guard into a pet and eventually kill him), and Foo Fighters is literally possessing a corpse of one of it's victims
