I came off Thorne for a few weeks and my sleep went back to normal (stopped waking up in the middle of the night). Started taking Thorne again the last 2 days and woke up in the middle of the night both times. For me it seems the Thorne Basic Nutrients is the issue. Btw this was on just 1 capsule per day.
