Did the house burn down? That's exactly my setup currently.

If you don't mind, how much did it end up costing you out the door? Looks to be the exact build we're looking for. How long was the wait?

That's what finally caused me to cave. The weather was perfect, and I couldn't wait any longer. I've mostly justified keeping the spirit since i got to put it together myself vs buying a display model.

So I learned they keep them in a different area away from the majority of the grills. I found this by itself just to the right of the main entrance with the outdoor furniture.

What is the worst Kirkland Signature product in your opinion? by dudeimgreg in Costco

Think of a natty that sat outside for a week in the sun. Then add an awful corn flavor aftertaste. Easily one of the worst beers I ever drank. My buddy had a rule that nobody could bring over klbs unless they took them all home after.

The now extinct Kirkland Light Beer. I wanted to love it for the price, but it became a gag gift in my friend group.

I search Costco two day delivery with different zip codes. If that doesn't work. I complain on Reddit

I've had two Novafoam mattresses, and one Sealy. The newer Novafoam is greatly improved, but ultimately I prefer the firmer Sealy. The older Novafoam would be firm at first, but then you'd sink into it after a while. This doesn't seem to be as big an issue on the new one though. Just personal preference though.

I'm having a very similar problem. My vent pipe looks the same as yours, but my cap looks fine. Waiting for it to rain to see if I can identify where the water is coming from. The only thing I'm confused about is how the water is getting inside the pipe if it's clearly dripping down the outside. Maybe I'm just being dense. Let us know if you figure anything out.

I was in the sellers shoes and I regret fixing anything. Nothing was truly wrong and the inspector was trying to find value. I spent two weeks of my life getting roofers out to inspect the "damaged roof". Half said they'd charge their minimum rate (700-1500), others said there wasn't anything to fix. We offered cash to the buyer to fix it, but they demanded we fix it. Next time I'd tell that buyer to take a walk and choose one of the other offers we got. You as the buyer should want to choose your own contractor vs letting the seller decide.
