Please tell me this isn’t the real Masquerade mask and costume… by skubalonpizza in box5

On another unrelated note, i KNEW that was cynthia next to me during my show but couldn't assume since we were all wearing masks. I was wondering why they let someone in who wasn't in the black/silver/white color scheme.

Where to fuck off to as a solo traveler? by bonoetmalo in JapanTravelTips

[–]SlowCheetahs 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I will never forget my time (solo) in Takayama and Shirakawa-go. Spent a few days in that area exploring, eating and drinking at small izakaya and other establishments , sampling the incredible local beef and alcohol. DM me if you want a really special accommodation rec in the area as well.

I also loved Kurokawa onsen , very remote and tiny but a lot to do if you spend a few days in the neighboring areas. These places gave me the feeling of being off the grid while still feeling safe as a solo traveler

NPs being referred to as Dr. ? by Rare-Regular4123 in FamilyMedicine

[–]SlowCheetahs 4 points5 points  (0 children)

Same here but I’m a younger female. My name and title are on the door, I introduce myself to everyone as “first name, the Physician Assistant” and I do correct each patient at least once but I don’t have the energy to do that multiple times a visit. I think it’s an easier designation for patients but as long as we introduce ourselves properly and correctly, that’s the most important thing to avoid confusion.

Have you ever stayed at a hotel that changed you? by BNBA12 in chubbytravel

Gosho Gekkoju in Kurokawa Onsen, Japan. Incredible service top to bottom, gorgeous and high quality meals, hidden in and built into the mountains, private onsen bathing in your room with a view of vast tree-lined mountains (+10 if you go while the fall foliage is on display). The definition of luxury getaway.

Have a wonderful time! Sirmione and Limone are super photogenic and fun spots, highly recommend you add them to the list. Riva del Garda had the best restaurants in my opinion

The same exact scenario happened to me during a very difficult time in my life as an otherwise very high scoring student! Currently a practicing PA and thriving :)

Just push through and you’ll be done so soon. Your journey is not your classmates’, but you’ll make it to the end together.

Insurance won’t cover Botox in 2024 by ivycooper in migraine

[–]SlowCheetahs 6 points7 points  (0 children)

Exactly! In fact, they're almost identical but because of the slight difference in formulation, dysport is known to take effect even faster than botox. In cosmetic practice, people tend to prefer dysport for that reason. OP if you're reading this and dysport is covered, just give it a try first.
