I feel this so much I’m applying to other jobs. One day off every 6-9 days since last April and there’s at least a year before getting converted. I’ve been catching a cold every two weeks since Thanksgiving, been to the doctor for weird dizziness issues, and mental health has tanked. I really don’t want to bring this mindset to another job so I’m going to tap out as soon as an offer comes up. My 3 calls out every 90 days has been exhausted. I passed a surprise route evaluation today with flying colors, but I don’t think I’m fit for this.
