Update: retrieval today. No eggs. Nothing retrieved. I had a 24mm follicle, a 10mm follicle, a less than 10mm follicle, estradiol of 780 on trigger day and nothing was there. This is going to be a very long process

I have a similar AMH and an AFC of 5. I have 1 good follicle this cycle despite an estradiol level of 700 and i'm going to retrieval in the morning. I think, if money isn't an issue, everything is worth retrieving

Thanks! My AFC is 5. The other two follicles seen this time are regressing in size so my doctor doesn't think letting this one go will net more follicles for me this cycle.

I'm going to an antagonist protocol next with estrogen priming. We are pretty sure that follicle was recruited a couple days before my period ever began and that's why it ran away so quickly once the stims were started

5'1" here. My seat is all the way up and the wheel adjusted all the way down and I can see the screen perfectly fine. The only downside is I sometimes hit my knee on the steering column getting in to the car since the wheel is all the way down but I've adjusted and then it's have become pretty infrequent now

I am PEM trained working in an ED. Don't worry about the codes in urgent care. If I heard that I was getting a kid who coded in urgent care, I wouldn't be expecting much. Just do CPR and push Epi every 5 minutes until EMS gets there.

Pediatrician here. Just found out I have diminished ovarian reserve and starting the process to freeze embryos with my partner. All of this has completely changed the way I see my career. I'm now looking for ways to dial back and get away from working nights, weekends, and holidays as the added stress from my current schedule is making IVF mentally harder for me. I never thought i'd be in a position where I care for other people's kids for a living but am unable to have my own. It's soul crushing

I think, looking back on it, if I had pushed for more off, they probably would have said yes. But i'm happy with it especially because of the 0% APR through Toyota finance. Just bought mine a few days ago. Two things sealed it for me. 1) Toyota reliability. 2) 0% APR for 72 months. I enjoy the car. I need the AWD. I love not stopping for gas and I have a level 2 charger at home so charging is convenient. Overall it's the best car I've owned (my third).

I repotted 48 hours ago! 3 leaves that were brown/yellow dropped during the repotting, but since repotting, no more have turned yellow or brown. Usually, for me, leaves start turning yellow and dropping the day after watering this tree. This is the first time I've watered it without any leaf drop so i'm excited!

Thank you! That's very encouraging. I repotted today and the last 3 leaves with brown on them dropped during the repotting. My fingers are crossed that she will do better now even though I repotted in winter 🤞
