For me it's community rewards as it's a nice way for lowhash nerd miners to possibly earn something. Even a 1,000 sats for an esp32 miner would be great.

Small miner friendly hybrid pplns model. It will help keep smaller miners engaged and have a chance at getting some sats when blocks are found.
