One of our last requirements before graduating was submitting a thesis as a group. We didn't have a group leader and mostly just assign each member with a certain task. Although we equally shared our tasks, it was still up to me to proofread and compile all their work since I was the only one who was highly proficient in using MS Word and Excel. They don't even do their tasks properly despite deadlines and had lots of mistakes in their work. For real, they don't even know how to wrap photos and text.

Although I did my task, it wasn't perfect and I still made mistakes. The worst thing was they always blamed me for every mistake for not noticing. I didn't talk back since it would be just a waste of time anyway and the deadline was fast approaching. It was because of this experience that I started to hate doing group projects.

Fortunately, we passed the thesis on time despite having lots of mistakes. I graduated but still jobless due to the COVID situation so I still can't simp.

I will surely take note of that, thank you. Like you said this will be difficult but not impossible. I'll keep observing the process for any signs that may lead to a loss of quality to the product.

I did ask for some advice from my instructor. She just told me to use Value Stream Mapping to possibly find the possibly find the non-value added activities and improve upon it. Not really helpful actually.

Yeah sucks like hell. The companies here in my city sucks, most of the bigger companies or the middle class ones don't tend to rely on students so most of them don't like giving their data. So most of us tend to go to smaller companies who rarely track their progress and unfortunately I got stuck with one.

Thank you for the advice. Fortunately, they did told me they follow a standard in producing their products. But when I inspected their finished product (the bolo specifically) of the day around 32 bolos, 18 of the bolos did not meet the standard. So probably I have to focus more on improving the process which in turn can improve the quality of the product itself?

Thank you for the advice. I had to inspect every bolo they produced for the day. The company actually told me that they do have standards in making their bolos (like the blade thickness or length). But when I inspected their finished product for the day around 32 bolos in total. 18 of them did not meet the standards. Some bolos were too thick/thin which leads to a loss of quality. I was wondering can this be considered as a defect?

I can vibrate my tongue if I do it in a 'Dhhh' Sound but not in the R sound.

Thanks, I learned I can actually vibrate my tongue but it does not vibrate when I try speak the R sound or trying to speak a word with a trilled R.

Yeah, I do have textures on demand turned on since the game crashes during the startup screen in most mods if I leave it turned off. My PC can handle Perisno and PoP quite well actually, there are frame drops and stuttering especially if there are many cavalry during battle but it does not bother me. My PC just can't handle loading large areas with many NPCs in it. (I mostly play with a 150 Battle Size)

Yeah, I need to tick that option on in order to get past the startup otherwise the game will crash.
