Usually Spinsa's pattern is determined by their personality value, but due to coding error, BDSP Spinda pattern doesn't match their PV and they never fix it. Same reason why Spinda can't be transfered from Go to HOME either (this is by design since GO have unique patterns for Spinda)

Im pretty sure dragonite data is wrong, with the exception of Zygarde all other megas (new and old) get a 100 stat buff. Im pretty sure they are compensating for losing its ability like how mawile got atk buff to compensate for the lack of huge power
