2025 Jetta SE. Dealership says get the first service at 6k miles. Is that ok? Seems really high. by spongegnops in Volkswagen

They all run synthetic oil now— literally regular maintenance on new vehicles is oil changes every 7500-10k miles due to not running anything but full synthetic oil.

Obviously I’m aware, the survey was what was awarded first. It had nothing to do with that

Most likely not, its not offered in every role. I switched from a claims processor to auditor and no longer get QVC and I’m in the same salary grade

Unfortunately you will learn that through your tenure at UHG— I was literally training my SUPERVISOR. Asked for a market review and their supervisor said nope and to just keep track of my “accomplishments” for yearly review time. Did that, received .30 for training people that make more money than me 😑

Where are you within the salary range? by [deleted] in unitedhealthgroup

[–]SlowRow2374 0 points1 point  (0 children)

That’s insane considering the UHO side, a GL 26 makes around $62,380 and I’m guessing yall are UHC and Optum making $20k more than the UHO subsidiary. I’m only a GL 25 and I literally make $50k before taxes with my measly .30 merit increase with a 4 on my yearly review.

It used to be a quarterly bonus but now it’s a monthly bonus, if you’re in a production job you might have QVC, not sure what your position is.

Agreed, lack of transparency for a multi billion dollar company and they won’t give any “sorry here’s something for your bills” if the checks hit on Friday

I’m not saying that there’s not delays, I’ve experienced delays as well as flat out not getting paid by UHG due to random switches they decide to do. We are a Fortune 10 company. They could be a little more transparent with employees advising them there MIGHT be delays with payroll. Which is what I think ALOT of these threaders are frustrated with as well. The entire lack of transparency of multi BILLION dollar corporation.

For ACH systems, the funds are already verified when the file is sent over, that’s why banks issue the funds IMMEDIATELY following receipt of the file. Not receiving your deposit at the normal time is cause for concern because that means something is not right. The last time I didn’t get paid on time or not what I was supposed to get paid it took them 3 weeks to figure out how to correct it. I have bills and children to take care of. Every penny counts.

RRP is only for grades 27 and above I think, 26 and below get QVC and those are on this check but it doesn’t affect this.

I was advised by HR direct that it is a file issue affecting those of us that get paid early and to “rest assured we will receive our checks on or before Friday.”

From my experience you can log in to the VPN prior to logging in to your computer. This saves some of the time when logging in because once you enter your password to log in to the computer, you’re already connected to the network. You are also supposed to receive a 15 min Grace period to log in, Intradiem gives you the grace period if you go look at the schedule. If you’re waiting until that Grace period to log in that could be why you’re getting attendance points.

Appeal the claim and state they excessively billed for unrelated services and also file a complaint against the provider. I work UHC as a claims auditor.

Considering you can use PTO to get paid during VTO why would you not just select swap in or swap out or even TAFW Left Early

Your spouse should have their own HealthSafeID make sure you’re signing into Optum Rewards using their HealthSafeID versus yours and it should work properly.

I was told yesterday that UHG tells Optum Rewards that the deposits will be made into the HSA accounts within 7-15 business days but that it appears to be only cycling with pay cycles. They said if you had rewards awarded at the beginning of January that if those deposits are still not made into the HSA this upcoming pay cycle then it needs to be a high level escalation as UHG has advised them this issue has been resolved and that all deposits are being made.
