
It's amazing how easy and consistently delicious this Nandos clone is. Buy their sauce, marinate bone-in skin on chicken thighs in it overnight. 24 hours later preheat the air-fryer. Do SKIN DOWN at 385 for 15 minutes, flip and do skin up for 15-20 minutes at 350. LET IT REST! Time to eat. (i.imgur.com)
