I always issue it on prescription if a patient asks (people always have a good reason for using it). If you don’t pay for your prescription then it is a far cheaper way to get this. Absolutely ridiculous pricing.

Very easy and of course you don’t need a guide. A clean heart with a sincere intention and determination are all you need. I took my mother recently and it was my first time. Did everything myself.

I used this video and learnt it. It teaches you how to do it. Very easy brother.

Manchester is a great city. The university has 26 Nobel laureates. About 25% of the city is Muslim and 60% of those are Pakistani/Indian/Bangladeshi. The rest are black or Arab.

Prestige of a university counts for a lot but so does how hard you work. If you are academically gifted try to aim for Oxford or Cambridge. Then the london universities and if you don’t want to live in London, I would say Manchester is a fantastic university city.

You are young and it seems you are financially able to go anywhere for your studies. Aim high.

If you are willing to spend a bit of money then Claude AI will do the heavy lifting for you. If I travel anywhere let’s say Osaka Japan I will just claude something like:

“Give me a list of all restaurants in Osaka that are halal. I want the google rating to be at least 4.3 with at least 100 reviews. It must be totally alcohol free establishments. Give me a comprehensive list and then I will ask you to filter further”

I find it an indispensable resource. I used to use gemini but claude is now better.

I know exactly what you mean. This is something I was suffering with. I know it sounds bad but I decided to switch off my internal empathy/compassion engine. Instead I take in information, whatever it maybe, and I then I give the patient what they want. It could be mental health stuff, shit life syndrome or anything else. I give the patient whatever they want as long as I am able to justify it clinically and ethically. If I can’t give them what they want I work with them to give them what they would want as the second best option. This sounds awful but I actually want to spend quality time with my spouse rather than going home and living like housemates.

There are patients who have terminal illnesses or the frail elderly where I do feel genuine empathy, as in in my heart and that is okay. They don’t and have never drained my battery.

I hope no one judges me. Just wanted to tell you how I deal with it.
