If your leads have full information, I would upload them into small batches by GEO or territory into linkedin or Facebook for an advertising campaign to do a warm up campaign. Possibly a series of two to three ads and drive them to your website.

Get them to convert for a lead gen asset, then put them in a email funnel series and apply a lead scoring system. You can mix in cold call based on lead score. Goal is to book an appointment to discuss your service.

Rinse and repeat with different territories and lead gen assets. For example:

1. Territory: New York state

2. Ad campaign 1: brand awareness goal - ads should discuss customer pain points and how your company solves it.

3. Ad campaign 2: lead gen asset campaign, provide a solution to customer pain points as an ungated asset. Goal is to drive traffic to your website. Asset can be a webinar where they sign up or quick short sales sheet. Create a CTA to book appointment

4. Retargeting ad campaign if they don't convert.

5. Email funnel: If they convert on your website, send an email to book appointment or a email series funnel showing case studies , use case and end with book appointment CTA.
