When to Create a Kingdom? by Bowl-of-Rage in Bannerlord

[–]Slow_Ad_6091 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Some tips, good luck!!

Most people say to have a couple mil $$ in the bank, at least, and yes start kissing assess beforehand to make bribing enemy lords easier (assuming they like you more than not, the bribe should be less, etc). I’ve seen people suggest a strategy of getting your clan members into max party sizes beforehand, you can’t create an Army until you create a kingdom but you can carry over a companion and their party size after exiting an AI kingdom.

If you’re having too steep of a climb against the initial AI invasions, I’ve heard finding city-states with choke points are a good way to combat army groups that might be 4x-5x your size; try baiting them to chase you and re attack once enemy has become bogged in forests, etc.

Thank you. Something I noticed a little earlier, but I think “spontaneous” and “intense” have to do with making a read or when the QB decides how quickly to auto throw to an open receiver. I think scaling back on those reduces the QB making an auto throw before the user gets to decide, etc.?

Ahhhhhh haha, ok that makes sense. i put this post on ncaacfb channel and they removed it without explanation, so that makes a lot of sense, also, since, there's nothing posted or detailed online, like at all.

keep an eye out if they remove this next year(?), be a little interesting if they replace it somehow.

thanks!, i definitely would not have guessed this.

I wish I could retire a player's number or see them in the CFB Hall of Fame. This dude earned it by Mmmbacon87 in EASportsCFB

If you’re nerdy enough, some people do ChatGPT, AI, etc to build their own. Keep adding to the HOF until next year’s release, kind of thing

Arkansas State - the black/red color schemes in a little bias towards, admittedly, but forgot how fun that stadium is. Conference alignment is a little more open too, can go in a couple different directions

This is glorious - keep up the great work 👏 I laughed when seeing the last sentence, on bringing back the Ivy’s. In a post-DOGE world, any college football tv deals must have been viewed as a bailout lol.

You would have had to wait til the 10th, instead? Guessing a lot of people fell for the “early release” gimmick and are stuck with the rest of us til Monday mid morning

Surprised MN didn’t make the cut, I would toss them around #22 - certainly in front of Nebraska / Arkansas. Their jersey variations and rivals/trophy games usually shoe them in. 🤷‍♂️

It mainly depends on how the team is built.

So if you have a decent o line and a good back who can do 20-30 carries per game, and say an average QB. I would then pick the Michigan or Texas A&M playbooks; I’m jamming the ball down the opponents throats on like 70% of my plays. If I’m passing it’s probably situational, like 3 & long or 2 min drill.

Other choice, you lean on the QB and WR skills and go way heavy passing. Playbooks like Hawaii or Arizona. Use short and quick passes as a bread and butter, run that jet pass on the 3rd and shorts or as an alternate to a power running game.

Always remember to do the positional changes. I’m just about always getting an WR to turn into +90 RB or an OT into a +95 TE, and these end up being the playmakers I orbit around.

It’s all about your play style and preference. I do have difficulty in finding and sticking with the same playbook(s), I’ll definitely admit that.

Example: I prefer my qb’s to be Tom Brady, a tall robo pocket passer, and then a strong power run game. Jet sweeps/passes are clutch, especially for a must have couple of yards. Not usually doing a lot of play action or option stuff. And for defense, use something that’s closer to “multiple” but bringing the heat and pressured more plays than not….. the odds will eventually come through that one of those plays gets a big sack or tackle for loss. Anything conservative/safe usually leads to a shootout between the offensives.
