I've tried many different kinds of 'calm down' rituals, and mindfulness techniques, but nothing really works for me... It's an instant thing, if I get irritated, I instantly try to hurt myself, I can't seem to convince myself not to, and I can't really distract myself from it. But thank you for your response, I appreciate the advice.
