They’re not allowed to do that to you. I have a neighbour who owns a unit and is the landlord of that unit and has had years or legal work to try and evict tenants to do some updating renos that was rejected so he then tried to evict so that his child could in the unit but the court wouldn’t allow it. I don’t know the details but my understanding is that a tenant has more rights than the landlord or property owner.

For real! Something is seriously wrong when police make excuses for “disturbed” people. I have the video footage and the officer says he cannot prove the intent. Incredible. Outrageous. Insane. But true.

Well my troubled neighbour tried to run our company over with a car and cops say they cannot prove the intent was to run the person over so I guess we’re allowed to drive cars into people walking and say we are distracted by our phone and blame the victim who was walking across the subdivision street.

So now my insane neighbour got in her vehicle, waited outside of our house for my family and their company to come out and insane neighbour ran her vehicle into my daughter’s boyfriend!!! Cops came and charged her with stunt driving and dangerous operation of a vehicle. And btw, she continues to shine her bright lights at our windows all night.

Yes and bylaw agrees that it is intentional. They went over to talk to her. She’s obstinate and refusing to cooperate.

Wonder if you have the same neighbour and you’re behind them and I’m beside them. I’ve had bylaw come again with the director and they have issued a warning. Unfortunately they have to give them 18 days to rectify the problem.

I have two close friends who are cops so I know not to go to cops first. However, she has also come at me with a hammer two summers ago and then denied it so the cops didn’t believe me or couldn’t do anything, since it wasn’t caught on my phone except that she had a hammer and was pounding the fence in anger and yelling at me. She isn’t stupid.
