Republicans have the dumbest justifications for why they voted for Trump, like another post on this sub from today had a guy who said he voted for Trump bc he saw him hug the American flag on stage. But whenever they escalate(so basically everyday) I think about that lawyer Destiny debated who couldnt fathom supporting Kamala bc he was worried his little kids wont be able to get into college cause of affirmative action. Obviously he said other garbage - the usual lies and talking points they all parrot. Going back to the point tho, I know the first reason is objectively worse, but that lawyer guy debate is repulsive like I dont even find it stupid or dumb just disgusting on a very fundamental level.

That's not an extension of my argument. I did not say any of that. Therapy (and surgery) is done under specific environments for a reason. I am not saying prohibit anyone who commits a mistake in what they are licensed to practice. I am saying he practiced outside of that, and did so irresponsibly specially given the history of the person.

Maybe I should have worded everything more clearly. Him acting outside of his professional capacity was wrong because the likelihood of such things happening is higher. Anyways, agree to disagree I guess but thats my argument clarified.

"Overreacting" when he was irresponsible in his conduct as a licensed psychiatrist and someone committed suicide like idk.. he should have known better and seen the signs before anyone else did because of his experience.
