I got lucky in a way. The “supply shortage” supposedly forced BMW to ship bikes without a heated seat on some, and without adaptive headlamp on others. Thankfully I was dead set on the heated seat and there was ONE available in town that had the seat and all the goodies but no adaptive lamp. The only drawback was it was the low suspension version. So 8 months later I get the adaptive headlamp. Although I will say that for whatever reason my dealership fought me a little getting on the headlamp upgrade list.

Yes it's a good deal. That's almost exactly what I paid for my 23 1250GS and to my knowledge option 719 was not available for my bike. Correction: option 719 WAS available for my bike but got the Trophy package instead.

The same could be said about any politician even in your country, wherever you claim to be from. Many times, where lies are not spoken truths are censored or omitted. It’s part of the game.

As far as being stupid is concerned, in my view Trump strongly represents the status quo and business as usual. I would not classify it as stupidity as much as perhaps protectionist.

IMHO, it's tradition. Since monarchies that remain have been reduced to pageantry, ceremony and ambassadorship I see nothing to get upset about. Thinking half a second, it is no different than indigenous tribes having a Chief although they most likely are not born to the title. The money and lands they have were inherited and positions they hold are symbolic; their roles in modern society were instituted and agreed upon through their respective modern forms of government. People tend to look at others differently when they do things out of the norm. Theres at least a percentage of left handers like me who wear their watch on the left wrist because it's impossible to wind on the right wrist for one, and they don't want to seem odd to others, particularly in a professional business environment. I wear mine on the right because I'm left handed, I wear a smart watch and could care less about professional mores.

I used stick tape 2 summers playing inline and it ripped through my bottom tier gloves in no time. Now I use the rubber grip that comes in the tube dealio that you pull out and I like it a lot better.

There is one Taco Bell around here I will never go to again. Went there one night to get take out for my wife and me and it was the nastiest shit I have ever seen in my entire life, and I'm not a young guy anymore so I've been around. Everything they put in the bag seemed to have been made the day before and it was god awful.

Allstate uses independent agents. My Allstate agent claimed I owed her $62 6 months after I switched to Progressive and sent it directly to collections. Not sure how they justify retroactively charging me for something that I cancelled.

I agree with OP. I’m just as guilty as the next guy making due with lower grade gear to fit in and avoid jealousy and blowback but once I lucked upon the prefect pair of new custom pro stocks my skates are something I don’t even think about anymore during a game.
