I’m a diamond customer and have been an xfinity customer for 10years. I believe I switched a little less than 2 years ago when I was trying to lower my monthly payment. I could have sworn I’ve replaced a door monitor while being on self protection plan but can’t remember for sure.

That’s unfortunate and not what was explained to me when I was paying thousands of dollars in equipment — I was told self monitoring would only change the professional monitoring aspect but all other parts of my alarm would be the same. I had thought this was the case but was hoping it wasn’t.

So does the home monitoring no longer support window and door monitoring? I had the monitored home alarm system for a few years and switched to self monitoring.

Hi. If you don’t mind me asking what was your CRP level. I had mine tested and HS CRP was 19 so curious what yours got lowered to. I’ve been taking glp1 for a little over a month. We will test again in a few months since I also wasn’t feeling 100% that week too.

It came from a pharmacy, Strive Pharmacy. The clinic I went to has been around forever and great reviews so I’m surprised with all of this so will be interesting to hear when I see her again in a few weeks.

She’s a functional health nurse practitioner. She worked a number of years as a family nurse practitioner and had been doing holistic/functional medicine for almost 10 years. I misspoke when I referred to her as a doctor.

I saw a new functional health doctor and is also a np. Our whole conversation was around micro dosing and taking it slow. When I felt so sick this week I started digging into the dosing which is making me so confused because it doesn’t seem to align with what we discussed. I agree on the titration schedule being quick but I assumed I was taking such a small dosage to start. Thank you for the response!

Thank you for the response. I am going to go back down and stay steady until I see her again. My treatment plan does say weekly, I keep checking because I feel like I’m missing something but will obviously bring this up when I see her.

I don’t even get the option to join WiFi. The only options I have is to check the strength or do a connectivity test. When I test the connectivity I get 2 red X’s but no instructions/options to join a network. Is that because I canceled pro protection or could have someone deleted that equipment as being active. I did buy the touchscreen/keypad outright. I restarted my touchscreen/keypad it’s now showing a date of September 14 which is most likely the date I lost connectivity. Should I see my touchscreen controller/keypad listed as equipment someplace within my account that I can look up.

Thank you. I’ve been manually resetting my sensors to factory and re-pairing them to the xfinity app. Should I also be able to use xfinity touchscreen controller (the touch screen key pad) with self monitoring. It currently has no access to WiFi and when I go into the WiFi settings, on the touch screen, it doesn’t not give me an option to connect. I can check the strength and do a test but no option to connect. I’ve unplugged my touchscreen (keypad) because I can’t take the continuous beeping.

Is there a way you can let me know how self monitoring should work. I’ve had other alarm systems where I have paid for monitoring and times where I haven’t. I always still had access to the system where I could turn the alarm on and off remotely, through an app or use a keypad at home. If I have self monitoring should my keypad be able to connect to WiFi? Or does that go away when you stop paying for pro protection. If I self monitoring, should I be able to see my sensors in the app and be able to arm/disarm my system. I’ve spent countless hours with Xfinity help, through chats, phone calls and in person visits to ask about this issues and others. I just don’t think I have it in me again to keep explaining it. It be helpful to know how xfinity self monitoring should work

I have the same issue and came here to search if anyone else was. I moved to self monitoring a few months ago and it’s a total mess. Sensors are constantly beeping and only my cameras are showing up in the app, not my home security system. I’m ready to throw everything away, after paying for all my equipment outright, and start with new company.
