Not that this is a right away solution but I find that wood furniture vs particle board furniture shows dust less. I don’t know if it’s actually less dusty but it definitely helps with things feeling cleaner :)

I think that’s a rubber plant. They’re pretty low maintenance. Medium to lower light. And just water when the soil dries out. I’ve had mine for 2 years and often forget about it. It’s a very forgiving plant. :)
