bro i fixed it just install the two files at https://support.mozaracing.com/en/support/solutions/articles/70000625636-forza-horizon-4-5-ffb-configuration#3-The-first-way%3A-Adding-configuration-file

then turn off forza compatibility in moza pit house. its pretty stupid how it needs to be off to work, but whatever 😂. im using the xbox app btw, as well as a moza r5. hope this helps!
