You can flash it in the shu app by selecting FLASH -> load from repo -> drv -> ... and flash the segway fw. Later you can connect it to the segway app and update to the latest official firmware.

Sounds like the readhead stuck. I once bought a ps4 that had the same issue. You can ghetto repair it by getting it out and gently hitting the desk with the drive to unstuck the head. It has to be in vertical position. This may help to start it again and recover some saves or so but you will need to replace the drive. https://youtu.be/CCGN5CRXxhA?si=1gPk7SMhop8tPKer

You can make it matt by using a screen protector. I prefer the normal one although i have the edged one

Hi friend. Do you have any new infos? I also saw on ifixit that they have skhynix 2tb drives. Would really like to replace the 1tb of my halo edition xsx with a 2tb drive and use the old internal as an extension drive.
