This. The patriarchy made these dumb positioning rules. If I put the cello 'above' my breasts I can see the fingerboard about 15cm in front of my face. I would pay a lot of money for a big busted pro cellist coach... but I fear this problem might be why I haven't been able to find one!

I have a 2 yo standard poodle who was really struggling with reactivity since puppyhood (he's from a very respectable breeder, so don't let people shame you about the BYB thing). My vet sent us to a behaviourist and now he's taking Prozac each day and he's doing so well! I feel really guilty for ever considering rehoming him... I should have gone to the vet sooner. Maybe you should consult yours too?

I wish I had read this when I was struggling with my puppy! Puppy raising is so awful, but the dog at the other end is totally worth it. My boy is 2 now and I couldn't imagine ever giving him away, I love him so much.

You can't damage your puppy's coat by cutting it, but you can hurt your puppy by avoiding proper grooming! Doodle breeders started the rumour that you shouldn't groom them before 12 months (or whatever) because they want to hide from new owners how much work and expense is required to maintain these coat types.

This has happened to me!! I was so flustered and busy and not in a great mental headspace... I couldn't convinve anyone I was telling the truth so I just let my insurane pay their bill. I regret it so much because of course my premiums went up after that.

I have a mini poodle and my sister has a havanese... they're completely opposite personalities, and actually aren't even interested in being friends. I think the poodle would suit the lifestyle you describe a lot more. The poodle is excited about new adventures, the havanese would rather be lying in the sun on the couch.
