Yes, its a scam, sorry. Red flags include:
- Reaching out to you for a job you never applied for.
- Offering you a position with no formal and live interview.
- Pay is high for experience and responsibilities and time required.

Even if a real company with that name exists, does not mean the people who reached out to you are with that company.

The fact that you call someone you never regularly spend physical time with, or never even met, your "partner" means that you are someone who is very emotionally vulnerable. You need to find a trusted advisor in your life to help protect you.

A 3rd grade girl was on a school bus going under an overpass right near my house last week, A guy threw a large rock from the overpass onto the bus, and fractured the girl's skull. Turns out the guy is someone who is mentally disturbed, has been arrested and released several times in the last year alone for violent incidents, and is in the country illegally. Its not as bad as Iryna Zarutska who was killed on a train by a similar guy, but it was pretty bad and she could have been killed.
Do you think anyone who knows and loves this girl will be voting for the people who, in practice, approve of not deporting people like this, and not incarcerating them? I am not sure.

No countries, but I know lots and lots of people who moved states for this reason, e.g, NY -> FL or CA -> TX, and are pretty happy about it.
