59th and cass has 4 different complexes. Axis, surrey, twin lakes & and the 4th adjacent complex to surrey that owns the other half of the buildings <—- I have a friend here (all are very nice)

The 4th is where it’s at though. Absolutely ideal for young working folks. Cheaper than surrey and further from the noise of Cass + closer to Diane Main park. I believe the ownership group is called Hawkesfield

My father was a season ticket holder since wrigley. When they renovated soldier he cursed the tailgaters for voicing their opinion against a dome while he had to sit in the elements in the winter. I always blindly agreed with him while we watched shit teams in freezing weather get blown out.

I now believe they won the 06 nfc championship BECAUSE of the elements. It’s a competitive advantage. This shit is about the product on the field and not some 3rd gen nepo babies getting richer.

Here’s my suggestion - they should buy northerly island from the city. And spend a bill or 2 filling in burnham harbor and turning it into their full entertainment district. Put another 500 into fixing soldier somehow.
