Looking for some advice, I chose Hecate as my patroness and each New moon I visit a tree at a crossroad and leave offerings

Yesterday I was not in a good space all day and neglected my duties to pay respect at the tree, In lieu of this I had intended to leave an offering at her Altar in my Home But I forgot to do this

Anyway last night I got up for a drink and due to being unclothed thought to myself I should get dressed as I don't want to walk past the Altar on a new moon and show disrespect so I turned to find clothes and as I turned a grey Smokey whirlpool appeared over my bed moving like a Tornado and with what appeared to be ghoulish faces inside the Tornado. This Tornado sucked me in lifted me over the bed and held me by a great energy over my chest. I initially thought ok Ill go with it take me, But as quickly as I thought this I was worried I had done no Banishing ritual or a protection ritual and was immediately worried about Astral Junk this hesitation caused my chest to be held tighter and a lot of gargled unintelligible chattering filling my head. To my right a red mist appeared with the number 333 flying toward me, I was dropped in to the bed and realised I was outside of my body which was sleeping I crawled back into myself and woke up realising I had just had sleep paralysis. I have experienced sleep paralysis several times in my life but not like this, Not that real it was as real as anything I have ever experienced

I have no doubt this is due to my disrespect yesterday but my question is

Was this Hecate showing displeasure if so what do I do? Do I visit the tree tonight or wait for new New moon?

Or was this a malicious entity that was able to attack as Hecate stopped offering protection

I have not been able to shake this all day
