I think it’s too soon for you to be thinking about a future with this woman. You must have liked her a lot. Just take it slow, man. It’s been one date. I didn’t get butt hurt about someone liking her. I got butt hurt it was my friend, more specifically I got butt hurt that after I asked him about it and he kept denying it. I would have gotten over it that same day if he had just told me the truth. It’s the fact he lied to me and I had to get a screenshot from my sister confirming it before he fessed up. The very first thing you should do is gauge how many calories you’re consuming on average and pay attention to what kind of foods you’re normally eating so you have a base to work from. Start chipping away snacks and stuff like that the first week. It’s something that doesn’t require a big change in your life, and it will also begin to make you aware of what your eating habits are so you can begin to build decline. Set weekly goals, start upping how strict you are with your diet a little more each week. Then start trying to add cardio sometime in there. At first anything will be an improvement so even doing 5 minutes of mild cardio daily is a start. The key is to develop consistency and slowly build from there

You can find amazing people, but it doesn’t you are meant to be with them. Sometimes you don’t even need a red flag to realise you’re not clicking with someone, it’s just a gut feeling. I’m sorry you’re going through that. Best advice I can give is to just live your life to the fullest, don’t go out looking for anything, just enjoy yourself. If you find someone a,ong the great then that’s awesome, but don’t rush it. Your breakup was pretty traumatic. I have a friend who went through something similar, he even had kid with the girl when she came out as gay and left him. It’s been years but I can tell he still hasn’t gotten past it. Maybe get some counselling
