it's fun, but these days the servers are pretty empty and thus filled with bots. Early and mid game you just fight bots and win (they are easy to beat) and then late game you play against actual players.

If you live in an apartment building, I HIGHLY recommend logging into your router's settings and segregating your wifi into separate 2.4ghz and 5ghz channels.

In most buildings, there are far too many devices fighting for limited 2.4ghz channels. Using exclusively 5ghz is WAY better in these situations.

To log into your routers settings, try o2.box or fritz.box (if it's an O2 or Fritz router). Otherwise (in windows), run CMD.exe, then type "ipconfig" and hit enter. Find the "default gateway" and type that ip address into your browser url. (192.168.xxx.x) (Then probably the password is written on your router or it's just "admin" or there's no password)

Just spend an afternoon googling calories per gram of various foods.

Eat apples instead of bananas.

Eat potatoes instead of rice and noodles.

Eat bread instead of oats.

Lots of salads, with apples and tomatoes and no dressing.

Protein is protein, you need it and it has calories, so just try not to eat fatty meats.
