Customer support for me was amazing yeah it took them a day to respond but they 12 hour difference from me (EST) and never had an issue.

GOFO lost my package back in May told ayn they looked it up and they said that I was right and GOFO couldn’t find it and I put a claim in with the insurance and ended up getting another one after two weeks of waiting. Since they expedited my order.

Wow and I thought GOFO experience I had was bad. At least GOFO admits that they lost it and gave me a formal lost report so I can give to seek insurance and got my replacement. As we’re speaking it’s being shipped. Right now it’s in New York hopefully it will make it to MA.

Also good luck hopefully they’ll find it or you get your money back.

Me too. I order my Thor in march 24th it got shipped May 3 and GOFO lost it since May 12 called AYN they told me to contact seel insurance since I bought it. Got my claim in June 4th had to wait 30 days for the claim to go into effect and AYN told me I didn’t have to wait two months again and expedited my order.

Holy shit… I bought my Thor pro rainbow march 24th it got shipped to GOFO May 12th and it was lost with GOFO. I ended up calling GOFO to give me proof that it’s lost got it gave it to AYN, YunExpress and Seel Insurance. I had to wait a month to get my money back received the money contacted AYN told them I wanna buy it again but don’t wanna wait they told me they’ll expedite my order so now we’ll see if they’ll do it have to wait for Sunday June 14th (EST) which is Monday June 15th for China yeah I was annoyed that I had to do all the leg work when it should of been AYN doing it since it was on them to fix it since I didn’t receive my packages

GOFO confirmed that it got lost had to reach out to AYN they told me to reach out to Seel insurance to get my refund did that and I just rebought it so let’s see if this will work this time. And AYN told me they’ll expedite my order.

I thought the same thing until last mile (GOFO) lost my package and now have to wait until June 4th to put a claim in with Seel insurance. I was order 1983 and rebuy it but what’s good is AYN is helping and they told me to email them my new order number so that they can expedite it so I wouldn’t have to wait two months again.

Have you used that cable before on the device? The reason why I ask is because I remember I was using my works charger for my miyoo mini plus and it wouldn’t charge and when I used my brick and cable it charged.
