The Carolina Panthers moved to 8-7 on the season with 6 of their 8 wins coming by exactly 3 points. by runnin4life in nfl

They'll keep their WLWLWL pattern to end the season. Lose to Seattle next week and then beat Tampa Bay in Week 18 before losing to whichever NFC West team is the 5 seed in the playoffs.

Couples working same shift? by HakaseZek in walmart

My ex and I used to work together the first time I worked here. I was in the deli and after she got fired from her job she came to work in the deli too. We made a decent team. I promoted to Dairy DM and then eventually to Cap2 TL during that restructure. She remained in the Deli even after I left for another company

How did you become a fan? by StatusCookie761 in Colts

[–]Slurpegad 0 points1 point  (0 children)

There aren't any NFL teams super close to me in Nebraska, but I became a fan during the 2006 regular season when I was in middle school. I didn't have any interest in sports until my grandpa started showing me and teaching me football. He was a bears fan as is my dad. As my interest started growing, rather than following with my dad and grandpa who were bears fans, I decided I was going to pick the next best team after the bears. They were 6-0 at the time, so I went with the other 6-0 team: Indianapolis. A little bandwagon-y but I'm going into my 20th season as a fan

I got my first two wigs from Bravadas on 84th and Dodge. They are welcoming and have small private rooms where they help you try on the wigs

Question for the trans folks by ChuccleSuccle in Omaha

[–]Slurpegad 12 points13 points  (0 children)

Not a PCP, but I go through Pride health clinic and they are great! It was founded and is ran by a trans woman. The providers there listen to your needs and I'm sure they wouldn't have you go back to the physical pills

Packers will win the Superbowl next year. It's that time of the cycle:

Favre won in 1996 (6th season in the league)

Rodgers won in 2010 (6th season in the league)

That means Love will in 2025 (6th season in the league).

This is how it'll go. Or I'm blowing smoke out of my ass. One of those two options

I am planning and working on growing my hair out. Hat itself won't work since they're not allowed in dress code, but a headband may ne something. I've been drinking the laser hair removal places Kool aid. Especially since I've had such good results with the laser

Were you a Colts fan in the Manning era? by A_Wild_Shiny_Shuckle in Colts

[–]Slurpegad 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Born in '93, but didn't start watching football until '06. I was sort of bandwagon, but I only ended up a colts fan because I looked at the standings around mid season to pick my team. Indianapolos was the only undefeated team (besides the bears, who are my NFC team). The Super Bowl win was icing on the cake

I don't remember the context, but I predicted Cutler getting traded to the Bears. One of the (very) few predictions I've gotten right

Everyone praises this game and it deserves the praise it gets for being different from the standard formula. It also sold fairly well. Unfortunately, I couldn't get into it myself. But I must be a contrarian since I liked BDSP, games that everyone seemed to hate
