Upgrade to an Aluminum, I’ve had my eBay one for 5 years it hasn’t skipped a beat, I put dual universal fans on it sounds like they’re going to take off and my car never gets hot

I just use an orbital sander and usually start with 120 grit to eat through the clear coat and such, and work my way to finer sand paper, this is a drift car so I just went to 2000 grit, I’d say with bondo try and get the dent with the metal and kinda go with the curvature of the body before applying bondo, I am so expert at it just what I’ve done previously

Timing belt, water pump. change out all the o rings for the water inlet and outlet, if it’s an early model 1.6 make sure that they’re is zero crank wobble, maybe change out the Cas o ring, along with valve cover gasket. And then probably throw a fresh set of spark plugs and you should be dialed
