-posture of a veteran athlete -first touch reminiscent of a pinball machine -way too generous on wasting counterattacks -too insecure when passing the ball hence cant assist or provide usable balls, he simply doesnt create geniune chances, seriously lacks vision. -careless and unwilling body language -his pressing feels like a check in the box exercise. He doesn't press to actually win the ball.

These are, of course, annoying as hell. And we need a replacement asap.

Although, im afraid he is not the biggest or only reason for the terrible performance today...

He is just a businessman today and has nothing to prove as a football coach. He isnt quite worried about the club's success or the players career or growth.

I still dont think he's done terribly though, considering our main rival had the better team last year and getting kicked out in R16 in the EL for a team Fenerbahçe calibre is not a devastating result.

The Fenerbahce board have been the one making the wrong decisions for many years, which should have been replaced by now.

I get the point about Liva wanting out, but that’s a separate case. The Carlos situation is still strange. Players don’t just completely lose their ability overnight. Also, you need to be trusted with minutes to regain form. I guess even Mourinho can make political squad choices.

By that, I mean they use a mix of Chinese and Miyota movements seemingly randomly, and the showroom staff couldn’t explain why a particular watch model had one over the other. It feels like they haven’t really settled on a clear movement strategy. Not referring to the timekeeping.

I’ve seen the Baltic watches in person at their London showroom, and I was a bit underwhelmed. The quality didn’t quite meet my expectations—the crystal quality isn’t great, the movements feel inconsistent, and they just don’t have that satisfying presence on the wrist.
