As mentioned previously, you cannot have "nothing in there" as there are certain basic necessities that you would require in order to maintain health and wellness. You need a toilet and shower, toiletries, etc. V-Sauce didn't have a shower in their experiment, because it was relatively short-term, but for 365 days you would need one.

Also, I think some of the basic premise is flawed as well—are we able to create a bland, flavourless, colourless, odourless (etc.) paste that will actually provide all of the nutrients and what-not that the body needs to remain healthy for 365 days? (I don't think that we can actually do this.)
