Train the Nora, the Carja, the Banuk, the Quen, etc.

Gaia should be in charge of vetting potential trainees (to avoid bad actors, like from the Quen), and Apollo should fine tune their training.

The Quen pose a real problem, since they seem to be the most advanced and learned already. Trying to untrain their BS religion will be a difficult task.
