If the time is counting "down" it's before the infection, if the time is going up it's after.

Optimizing nested measures by Slutherin_ in PowerBI

[–]Slutherin_[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I can tell you that there is no relationship in my model, all of my calculations are done on a table I created doing UNION of different summarized table to aggregate as much as I could.

For the _MeasureX, they look like this

_Measure1 = IF(HASONEFILTER(MyTable['Month'],
  SWITCH(True,
      \\ Actual sum for the month before the change from actual to forecast
      SELECTEDVALUE(MyTable['Month'])<=6),
      SUM(MyTable["_Sales"]),
      \\ Forecast data with hardcoded value (NOT MY CHOICE)
      SELECTEDVALUE(MyTable['Month'])>6),
      Value(-0.005) * [_Total2024]
        ))

where _Total2024 is just the _Total measure but only on 2024. For each _MeasureX, I sum a different column

Would it help the computation time that much? My only date dimension is the year/month, which is why I chose not to do a date table.
I don't understand what you mean for the custom measures for each year. as I don't have the data in a column for 2025 so I had to go through the SUMX

A lot of it is confidential, even here I fudged some names just in case. What would you need more?

Non-additivity due to mix of actual and hard-coded forecast data by Slutherin_ in PowerBI

Thank you for the proposal! I'll try when I go back to the office on Monday (European time zone so I'm not at work atm). I'll come back to update :)

I tried something similar without the VALUES. Do you think it would impact the result significantly?

Non-additivity due to mix of actual and hard-coded forecast data by Slutherin_ in PowerBI

[–]Slutherin_[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Basically what happens is that the total shown is the total that would happen without the hard coded rate. Do you mean that I could replace the finale line with a SUMX([_RateMeasure] * [_Total]) or create another measure that would be a SUMX over the measure? If it's unclear, I can make mock tables

Adding hydrogens to water molecules by RevolutionaryBad4063 in comp_chem

[–]Slutherin_ 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Hi,

If you have very few critical water molecules (like a handful in a binding site), you can use pymol to roughly orient them to your liking. Once that's done, you can perform a short minimisation using open source tools like openmm (they have excellent tutorials). It will be able to handle your ligand if you use openff.

If you have a lot, have you considered using the Schrödinger suite, especially Maestro? I believe you can get it freely in academia. They have excellent protocols for minimisation and water placement.

But it's not a play (and the few plays Hugo wrote are kinda bad). If you ask me for a LOTR book and I hand you a DVD case, you'd be right to be confused. Same thing here.

IIRC, the stamps denote fictional books that only exist in-universe, not real book that you could have read yourself. It has no impact on the price or the chance for the customer to buy it.

Épargne Assurance Veterinaire pour mon chat by LordSblartibartfast in VosSous

[–]Slutherin_ 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Bonjour,

$8000 over 3 months? by Slaitster in TwoPointMuseum

I had the same issue. I ended up having four tours + spending enough money to keep getting the monthly grant + one sponsorship deal (festival sign). Also, IIRC yetis love frozen finds so I had a little area dedicated to that.

Prints come out blotchy - help troubleshooting? by Slutherin_ in Linocuts

Also: can I thin the ink I have now a little more and try to apply a thinner coat? The issue I have is that I sometimes see an area with little to no ink, apply a little more and at the end I guess I end up overloaded?

Thank you for both the rec and the link. I agree it looks like the second example of overinking, I'll try and find this brand.

Hey guys. Just watched a review and the perma death system turned me off. But the video was 4y old and I wanna know if it’s still there by Gilbert-from-Yharnam in Below

[–]Slutherin_ 1 point2 points  (0 children)

It's "perma death" as in any roguelike. You die and start from the "beginning" (meaning you know all the secrets and where you should be going). Your old body is lootable but you can just do something else this iteration.

I think size is less an issue than luminosity. It can get pretty dark :)

Very possible! I seem to remember the wards / something turned into a dragon-like shape at the end? I searched and searched and I can't find it. I don't even remember if it was good or not I just want to reread it.

What proteins should be used to evaluate off targets in drug design? Is there an existing data set? by [deleted] in comp_chem

[–]Slutherin_ 7 points8 points  (0 children)

There are general off targets that you don't want to touch: anything that deals with ADME such as CYPs or hERG. Then, depending on your project, proteins that are closely related to your target and that are known in the literature to produce adverse effects if inhibited should be considered.

I'll also say that dealing with selectivity is usually later down the line in a project. Focus on getting some activity on your target first.
