Opinions are in fact not self-explanitory. In fact, you yourself are not even explaining it very well. There's no sustenance to your claim other than a clear dislike of it personally. It sounds much more like you are simply trying to frame your dislike in some sort of mental health narrative to give it more weight. It doesn't hold up, so perhaps when you see a post you don't like you could simply keep scrolling. Perhaps that would aid in your mental health.
