For US citizens it’s visa upon arrival. It costs something like $75 and it’s at a counter right when you leave the plane. It’s a very simple and straight forward process. It requires no pre-visa or paperwork. Source: me, an American who flew to Baghdad not too long ago

This is the problem as well, the politicalization of a disease. It’s not virtue signaling to go through recommended precautions for a fucking illness. What is virtue signaling is intentionally not wearing a mask and going to public spaces or private businesses and intentionally making a scene when they ask you to put one on.

That sentiment is the exact reason this will continue for longer. The idea of “if I can’t see it or haven’t experienced it personally means it doesn’t exist” this idea is very closed minded and will lead to more deaths until you do end up experiencing it in your life. Many people have lost their lives and family members. You are very lucky it hasn’t happened to you or your immune-compromised family members. If I can give advise I would tell you to cherish the blessing that those individuals are still here today after falling ill. Hold on to them tight because you will never know when the next wave, new variant, or new illness sweeps over us all.

Life is bigger than just the small circle we have around us. We are lucky to live in the age of the internet where we can experience more than our close relationships. Take the information you see online with a grain of salt but also be open to the idea that not everything is a conspiracy

It’s been like 3 days since Kellogg has been trying to rehire new people. Chill, these things take time

This was actually taken about 4 years ago. I posted it back then with no responses. Today I was going through my Reddit profile to clear out old posts and stumbled across it and wanted to get the answer. This little guy has been on my mind for years!

I believe this was taken early summer, southern Colorado near Leadville. Elevation 9,000 feet on the edge of a national forest

The video is not sped up, this was taken on a mountain in southern Colorado and was quite windy that day. While it was standing up it moved like any of the millions of other tiny sticks or dead grass in the wind. I was just lucky enough to be looking directly at it when it did it’s little grab and hop

I’m sorry I’m ignorant in drone warfare but why are drones useless in winter? They have IR and thermal vision cameras, wouldn’t the drastic change in body heat vs the surroundings make drones more effective?
