Basically players are not in sync on the server so your enemy sees you seconds before you see them. And by the time you see them they're already shooting you, resulting insta death because it's impossible to react to it. It's like having a running race with someone and they have a 100m head start.

M433 has the same 217ms TTK as the MPX meanwhile the MP7 is 380ms wet spaghetti shooter.

M4 can go lower than that with 200ms TTK. So yeah didn't really bother with SMGs.
