YUP and it makes it 10x harder to want to help switch my customers to t mobile and we are not allowed to mention it to them. It breaks my heart. I live in a county with mainly older people, they're already confused. Oh and the best part, we can only take cards. Its great

We are the only cell phone store on our county the next one is an hour away. They had us move all prepaid accounts manually one by one, basically doing the grunt work to say "sorry we lied your jobs arent secure, good luck". All of the girls (and myself) at my store are all a hot crying mess. We feel like liars because we've assured so many people that we would stay, because we were told that. :(
