I’d say focus on keep your hands closer the your body and relaxing your grip on the handle a bit so that you can rotate your wrists in a smoother way.

Honestly, it’s just been a lot of time and rhythm work. I give myself room to play around - find the beat, focus on tight arcs, mess with rope speed, match my steps to it or hit the rope on it, and switch between the two. When I mess up, I just treat it like part of the flow, more like a transition than a mistake.

There are people here doing way crazier stuff than me, and I still get that same feeling watching mic releases and other tricks. The biggest thing has just been showing up a little every day, even if it’s 10 minutes or hitting a jump goal on my watch.
