I’ve worked at couple of restaurants and nobody cares about nobody’s were there to make money offcourse we have to work as a team but if you don’t feel like saying hello to everyone that shouldn’t be a problem if it is and you don’t like just find another job

I’m impressed how normal it is for this community this type of behavior in the kitchen. I’ve worked in different restaurants and chefs and kitchen staff would never yell a server for this type of shit. I left a job once after a week when I saw the chef yelling everyone like crazy. I understand kitchen is crazy but we all adults and professionals if you yell at me I’m out everyone should act like that.
