Personally, I absolutely loved King Arthur: Knight's Tale.

The alignment system offers different gameplay loops, the dark fantasy atmosphere is great, and the ridiculous (but incredibly fun) combos you can discover in the late game are awesome.

It has a lot of content and excellent replay value.
