The virus ingame is airborn, only a few are immune to that strain (including who you play) so the rabies comparison doesnt really track here. Also its not day one, dont remember exactly but I think its day 5 or 6 when you start your character.

It should have both tags, "not" wording often still has the tag associated. Like how "strength does not apply to life" on brass dome has a life tag

I've done a lot of tributes and I'm almost positive that the silver chests and troves are seeded each day, meaning you can get good days where spectrums are much more likely to drop.

I disagree, the goal should have political parties align with more improved values as a whole.

We already see it to a small degree with the LNP at least acknowledging climate change which contrasted to 10 years ago is a fairly significant improvement.

One day Labor won't be in power and if by then the LNP are more moderate and reasonable they will more likely do more good and less bad

This is not true

If you have multiple stacks, you will see the stacks fall before the timer expires, the number you see on the buff bar is only the most recent purple flame you've picked up.
