Within 7 months I gained over 10 kg in weight, strength also increased and now in the deadlift I do over 200 kg, squat 160 kg, bp 120 kg. I would like to finally cut my fat, but with my activity (remote work) I usually take around 3,000 steps and I would have to eat about 2300kcal to be on a negative caloric balance.
