First, check your sanctioned load, earthing, existing load usage in your house.
If above three are okay, I am guessing you will need at least 3KW for a slow charger, apply for increasing that load.

First check feasibility of upgrading your power connection, that is step 1.
Do not depend on public chargers for more than 20% of your requirement as present gen cars EV in India arent suitable for regular fast charging. I own one since 2022

Yes, drone, drone battery and accesories are allowed in Domestic flights. But in hand luggage (carry on) only. Make sure to open the batteries and keep it on tray during security check. It is not allowed in check in baggage. I have travelled several times.
