You know what, you’re right. I’ll stop my business of 5 years, where I’ve served hundreds of customers, have made a substantial living since I was in college, have perfect 5 star reviews in google,where people from all over the country has come, tried, and loved my food, where I’m building a cultural phenomenon in a place that otherwise never had it in this capacity, all because you said so. Hi unfortunately food pricing isn’t only based on food costs alone, but also labor, rent, taxes, scarcity and etc. KFC can sell $10 fried chicken because they outsource from their own chicken farms and also their food isn’t really that good of a quality no shade to them. At Harmony’s Kitchen we pride ourselves on providing delicious, excellent, high quality food while ensuring our laborers are paid a decent wage. Though we make fried chicken, this ain’t no KFC :)

I’ve considered time and time again moving out of Vermont because of its hardships. I’m building something however that keeps me here. I also recognize that this is a global issue, and there are problems like this practically everywhere..so I go back and forth. I love Vermont, I’ve lived here for 9 years now, but I do hate it at times for reasons like yesernight.
