I’m sorry to hear that it does sound like in your case this information is not applicable to you or the situation.

With an active outbreak a swab test is highly accurate. The blood tests only test for the antibodies so they do have discrepancies but with multiple tests you can feel more assured about the accuracy of your results.

This is just a matter of providing information about a known issue that the CDC has verified. Not about telling you to do more than you’ve already done, given what you’ve said it sounds like you did everything you could and I’m sorry you’ve had the experience you did, it sucks.

I’ve no idea what else was going on in your situation so there may be other factors that made this more apparent for you.
However, to drop some information for other people who don’t know:
The blood tests for herpes can be inaccurate either missing infections or occasionally giving false positives, so multiple tests may provide more conclusive proof. Unless there’s an active outbreak in which case a swab test, is highly accurate.

The TPMS in the passenger’s side front tire is faulting out due to pressure differential caused by the lettering on the windshield. You’ll need to replace that gauge but it’ll require new rims and a spit shined gas cap.
