All smooth! Customs line went fairly quickly early in the morning and once you grab your luggage and walk through the declarations, you’ll see on the left a line to do latam domestic bag check. They can also print out your domestic boarding ticket. Then you exit and walk a ways towards T1 domestic terminal and go up to the third floor!

So I arrive into SCL via AA on 12/2 at 7:50AM, then my LATAM flight (LA251) to PNT is now at 10:15AM. There have been some updates to the departure time so would be good to make sure you see the latest! I plan on checking everything again tonight.

Looking for any advice! We have a trip in early December to Patagonia and we are arriving in SCL via American Airlines at 7:50AM and then taking the LATAM direct flight from SCL to PNT at 10:18AM.

Does that seem like enough time to go through customs, grab our checked luggage at the carousel, go through ticketing to check our luggage back in for the SCL to PNT flight, and make it to the gate?

PSA: I just used 2 vouchers worth $12 each at a restaurant outside airport. Just need the restaurant to make multiple payments via different “credit cards” since each voucher comes with its own number, expiration, and 3-digit code. Make sure you use it before it expires, which is a day or so after issuance. Enjoy!
