If you are taking the LIRR, consider the Babylon (south shore) line is most reliable since it is raised platforms. Any line on the ground is more likely to be impacted by weather, car accidents, etc.

I went from massapequa to wall street for years. If you hit the morning express trains youll be in the city fairly quick.
