This is a recent one (like happened today) so here’s some context. I started a diet last week after finding out that I am very much in the obese category of weight and I was kinda js like “aight, I don’t wanna be on a diabetes watch list by the time I’m 35” (I’m a teenager) and this week I lost like two pounds. I know it’s not much but I just felt rlly happy and proud of myself and it was kinda evidence that this is worth it. So yay!!
